Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate compliance risk, implement necessary practice to ensure regulatory compliance of the business with the relevant HKSFC compliance framework & regulations
    根据香港证监会要求，持续落实公司合规相关工作，识别和评估相关合规风险，确保公司业务符合本地监管要求；
  • Plan and implement the company's operational risk management work as required by Head of Compliance
    根据上级单位要求，组织和落实公司操作风险管理工作；
  • Coordinate with the group or other superior units to carry out daily compliance inspections and assessment, drive necessary improvement in compliance framework and practices
    对接集团或其他上级单位，落实公司日常检查和排查工作，并推进各部门的整改工作；
  • Implement internal control policies and procedures
    落实各部门内控管理工作；
  • Draft and submit timely compliance reports to the group office on a regular basis
    定期向总部草拟合规报告；
  • Update internal policies and procedures in accordance with the latest local regulatory requirements in Hong Kong;
    根据香港本地监管要求，更新内部管理制度；
  • Cooperate with department heads to complete other compliance-related work; and other tasks assigned by senior management
    配合部门主管完成合规相关工作；完成领导交办的其他工作。

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Accounting, or Finance; Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages;
    法律、会计、金融专业本科及以上学历； 精通中文和英文作为工作语言；
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management and internal control in Chinese FI/ State-owned Enterprises (SOE)
    五年或以上合规经验；中资企业操作风险经验优先；
  • Working knowledge on Bloomberg AIM
    内控管理工作经验、彭博AIM系统使用经验优先；
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements of the HKSFC and other regulatory authorities; experience in independently communicating with regulatory agencies;
    熟悉证监会及其他监管机构的合规要求； 有独立与监管机构沟通的经验； 对香港监管环境和政策制定方向的洞察力； 出色的在公司内部执行监管要求的能力
  • insight into the latest regulatory environment and policy changes in Hong Kong;
    了解香港最新的监管环境和政策变化；
  • Experience in implementing regulatory requirements within the company;
    具有在公司内部执行监管要求的经验；
  • Team Player, Ability to work under stress, good interpersonal skills, and good Chinese writing abilities.
    性格沉着、良好的人际交往、团队合作和写作能力。
