  • A Retail Bank is hiring a Department Head of Proposition and Customer Experience Strategy of Digital Banking.
  • As the Department Head of Proposition and Customer Experience Strategy of Digital Banking Channel, you will lead a diverse team of 25+ professionals across various functions. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing digital propositions, managing digital sales, creating compelling digital content, and leveraging data analysis to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.

Your new role

  • Leading a department of 25+ headcounts.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for digital propositions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Lead the digital management efforts, driving digital proposition and support in revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Oversee the creation and optimisation of digital content to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions, optimize marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, technology, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing and sales initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital banking trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our strategies remain compliant and cutting-edge.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior management role in proposition or marketing within the banking industry, with a focus on digital banking channels.
  • 15+ years of relevant working experiences with 10+ years of people management experiences.
  • Strong understanding of digital proposition, acquisition, customer journey management, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in spoken and written Chinese Cantonese and English is a must.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the digital banking sector is a plus.
