Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead the Workplace Technology function, managing technical, operation and service aspects to deliver quality products and services to HKEX corporate.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical and service aspects of IT End User Computing.
  • Develop and execute digital workplace roadmap and strategy that align with business goals and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure Workplace Technology integrating with Group IT functions to deliver seamless IT experience and capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in the areas of digital workplace support and major incident management.
  • Establish strong stakeholder relationship to ensure effective communications on service requirements, service improvements, risks, service changes, service outages, and service issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into digital solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the management of digital workplace platforms, ensuring their reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Deliver performance and adhere to SLAs for captive and third-party service providers.
  • Manage meeting room and event management IT support.
  • Manage overseas office IT support, reference architecture, target operating model.
  • Drive continual improvement by ensuring system, procedure and methodology alignments to corporate strategy and business priorities.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and actively sponsor and engage in change initiatives and implementation efforts.
  • Accountable for Financial and Cost Management aspects of the function, including IT Budget, reforecasting, Headcount, CAPEX, and OPEX tracking.
  • Manage commercial contracts and uphold great vendor partner relationships for service delivery.
  • Advocate security and governance mindset on everything we do to achieve a well-controlled environment operation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards and regulatory bodies.
  • Coach and motivate diverse team members to maximize effectiveness while enhance interactions, harmony and synergy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in technology operations, preferably in the financial services industry, with at least 10 years leading and transforming teams.
  • Strong background in digital user experience and operations.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing team of 20 or more.
  • Strong experience on IT Service Management (ITSM) in particular to Incident, Problem and Change management.
  • Experience with end user support (Level 1 to 3), unified communications, workstation patching and vulnerability management.
  • Skilled at establishing strong relationships with and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Strong experience on SLA/OLAs/SLIs and focus on the associated KPI metrics.
  • Proven track record of delivering complicated multi-regional projects.
  • Understanding of rNPS and CSAT for customer experience measures.
  • Strong customer centric and process-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of self-awareness, integrity, and confidence, negotiate effectively amid constraints and within boundaries.
  • Energetic and self-motivated. Personality with strength in remaining goal-focused. Persistence to deliver high quality standard of work regardless of size, scope, or resistance.
  • Strategic, innovative, analytical problem solver and wiling to challenge status quo.
