Job Description:

  • Oversee overall fund finance operational tasks including fund valuation reporting, capital calls, waterfall calculations, and investor reporting.
  • Handle regulatory filings in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key contact point for external stakeholders including fund administrators, legal and audit.
  • Participate in investor meetings, roadshows and other fund raising activities.
  • Handle senior stakeholders accounting arrangements accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PE fund finance operations and PE fund accounting, candidates with 10+ years of experiences are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication in Mandarin and English.
