Job Summary:
In light of Client Centricity as one of the strategic execution pillars, Client Services is looking for a motivated Officer to join its Cash Client Services team.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for critical operation tasks, such as perform daily Exchange Participant database maintenance, monthly billing calculation etc
  • Handle cash trading and Stock Connect related enquiries from Participant Services hotline
  • Support implementation of new projects, systems or business initiatives, participate in User Acceptance Test
  • Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • University Degree or above, preferably in Finance / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years' working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to trading operations/ middle office
  • Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash markets
  • Good team-player with can-do attitude, get along well with all stakeholders and willing to learn
  • Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Conversant with MS Access / Word / Excel / Outlook, proficiency in Macros/ VBA/ Power BI is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
