About the Role

To drive adoption and engagement of AIA Vitality and contribution to the overall growth and success of AIA HK.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategies to engage Agency, PD and Corp Vitality Client and drive adoption and engagement of AIA Vitality (40%)
  • Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations and planning for uplift performance (30%)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance programme feature and improve engagement strategies (10%)
  • Work with internal AIA teams including TDA, Operation, ABDD, BTDD, Product, Marketing, and Agency to ensure strategies and propositions align with organizational distribution, product and financial objectives. (20%)
Other Responsibilities (20%)
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University/College graduate plus at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge in insurance business environment and insurance products
  • With practical experience in sales and marketing, sales agency or brokerage experience is preferable
  • Good public speaking and communication skills
  • Good networking and relationship building skills and the ability to interact with confidence with different cultures, levels and functions across the business.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Multi-tasking
  • Positive, passionate, flexible, self-motivated, dynamic, innovative team leader
  • Strategic, creative and able to think out of the box
  • Excellent people management skill
