To support the business expansion, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join this challenging and rewarding industry: Business Development Manager / Assistant Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other means.
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure that the clients’ requirement is met.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in property management or customer service, experience gained in tendering process a definite advantage.
  • Profluent in both reading, written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST) & Chinese Word processing.
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skill.
  • Initiative, flexible, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility, time management and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred.
