What this job involves

  • Lead strategy development in collaboration with internal CRE teams and JLL to create comprehensive real estate strategies. Prepare and refresh financial assessments throughout the transaction process.
  • Manage day-to-day transaction processes, including broker engagement and project initiation. Lead integrated project meetings and transaction meetings with relevant stakeholders. Prepare and maintain key documents such as negotiation trackers, lease summaries, and project summaries.
  • Develop and coordinate Real Estate approval documents for transaction approvals. Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs for strategy decks and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, outside counsel, and landlord counsel for document reviews and negotiations. Participate in legal calls and review documentation.
  • Manage the transaction close-out process, including fee confirmations, legal approvals, and signature requests.
  • Coordinate with Lease Administration teams for document management and abstraction.
  • Lead in the required reporting and analytics process by preparing and maintaining various reports, including weekly WIP calls, monthly calls with the global client team, quarterly portfolio reports, and critical dates reports.
  • Contribute to QBR (Quarterly Business Review) presentations both globally and regionally.
  • Track and report on green leases and landlord SLAs.
  • Oversee the portfolio management cycle by managing a diverse portfolio of transactions, including office spaces, data centres, and alternative workspaces.
  • Coordinate with the Global team to ensure consistency in delivery across the regions.
  • Manage transactions across multiple regions, including Asia Pacific, Greater China, and India.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and other functions to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, particularly in Asia Pacific regions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in real estate transaction management.
  • Detail-oriented professional who can manage complex transactions, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive strategic real estate decisions for the organization.
