Your impact

Halcrow China Limited's consultancy services offered include feasibility studies, investigation, design, contract administration and site supervision of all areas of civil, highway, railway, geotechnical and building engineering. Other services include asset management and risk assessment, building surveying and structural maintenance, quality assurance, conservation and restoration, project management and forensic engineering.

AECOM – Halcrow Joint Venture invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions for the construction of First Phase Development of the New Territories North – San Tin/Lok Ma Chau Development Node – Package 1. The works mainly include site formation of land at the San Tin Technopole (STT); engineering infrastructure works including but not limited to roadworks, drainage, sewerage, waterworks, pumping stations, fresh water and flushing water service reservoirs, common utility enclosure and other associated buildings/structures/E&M/systems for the STT; landscaping works; and implementation of environmental monitoring and mitigation measures works. The first contract is anticipated to commence in Q4 2024. The successful candidate(s) may be required to work under Contract No. ND/2018/02 - The Establishment of an Agricultural Park in Kwu Tung South (Phase 1) and undertake site supervision of works.

Here's what you'll needResident Assistant Clerical Officer

Candidates should have:

  1. Level 2 or equivalent Note 1 or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or equivalent; or
  2. Level 2 Note 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE or equivalent; and
  3. Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 30 words per minute; and
  4. Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel).

Note 1: "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.

Note 2: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with Halcrow China Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government's terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
