About the job

Based at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Amber Kitchen, the Commis III is responsible to assist the department head or supervisor with daily working requirements and maintain standards and cleanliness for the selected outlet. Commis III reports to the Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie.

As Commis III - Amber, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in the kitchen.
• Ensure neatness and cleanliness of refrigerators and service area.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.

As Commis III - Amber, we expect from you:

• Relevant culinary academic background or hotel experience. Experience in luxury hotels or reputable restaurants would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn with a positive mindset.
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
