Job Description:

Cloud Governance Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all Cloud Governance, ensuring regulatory, legal, policy and stakeholder obligations are adhered to with respect to Cloud.
  2. Responsible for the Cloud Governance Management Model.
  3. Identify, promote and provide regional view of key Cloud Services risks and issues. Ensure that the risks and issues are captured in related risk committee and workgroup.
  4. Ensure actively responding to consultations on Cloud related policies and guidelines.
  5. Drive the Cloud vision and promote the use of technology trends within the region.
Cloud Architect (Infra and Security)

Responsibilities:

  1. Play a strategic role in maintaining all cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, and management networks.
  2. Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
  3. Participate in architecture office for architecture review and approval.
  4. Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
  5. Develop and organize cloud systems.
  6. Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
  7. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
  9. Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.
  10. Design Cloud Native Application Architectures or optimize applications for AWS / Azure.
  11. Independently lead client design workshops and delivery complex projects with AWS / Azure native services.
  12. Business Case development/TCO, application assessment, and migration planning, Cloud Operating Model design.
  13. Contribute to the company cloud community and assets.
  14. Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  15. Set strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
DevOps Responsibilities:
  1. Passion for DevOps and Elastic service implementation technologies such as GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Cucumber, and Chef.
  2. Build, deploy and monitor software projects continuously with CI Tools like Jenkins, TravisCI or similar.
  3. Create and maintain infrastructure as code using Chef, Ansible, Puppet, AWS CloudFormation, or similar.
  4. Complete DevOps tasks for the Bank.
  5. Keep up to date with the latest technologies in the field and drive adoption.
  6. Engage with operations to ensure smooth transition and operational alignment with the business strategy for product delivery.
  7. Help transforming our organization towards an engineering culture.
  8. Define and implement security best practices and risk management.
  9. Execute advanced engineering delivery practices.
  10. Drive, through implementation, our DevOps and Advanced engineering practices.
Job Requirements:
Cloud Governance Manager:
  1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
  2. Have a solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud.
  3. Experienced technology governance leader with proven experience in governing transformations.
  4. Knowledge and experience in working with Public Cloud Services, Platforms and Technologies.
  5. Functional knowledge of large scale IT processes and strong experience in dealing with a complex matrix environment.
  6. Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
  7. Proven experience in delivering business transformation through technology solutions.
  8. Demonstrable ability to work in a collegiate fashion across the matrix.
  9. Ability to demonstrate constructive pragmatism and delivery focus.
  10. Experience managing IT teams globally and across IT disciplines.
  11. Experience in financial services preferred, in particular in dealing with regulatory policies and guidelines.
Cloud Architect (Infra and Security):
  1. Solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud.
  2. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
  3. 3-5+ years' experience designing, executing and supporting cloud solutions.
  4. Strong cloud architecture design in application, security and infrastructure.
  5. Achieved Associated Solution Architect or Solutions Architect Certification.
  6. Professional qualifications like CISA, CISSP and relevant cloud security certification are a plus.
  7. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  8. Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
  9. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
DevOps:
  1. University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. Solid understanding of DevOps, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud.
  3. Very strong knowledge of systems management tools (Chef, Puppet - is preferred).
  4. Familiarity with applications/software products and tools for monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting network and server issues.
  5. At least 1 year of delivery experience implementing DevOps technology suite.
  6. 1 year of experience working in an AWS cloud environment.
  7. 2+ years of experience with testing automation.
  8. Excellent knowledge of DevOps principles and practices (required).
  9. 1 year of experience using K8S experience is a plus.
