What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Managing Director of L'ECOLE Asia Pacific, you will be leading the Education team in L'ECOLE Asia Pacific and responsible for:

  • Manage training process for all faculty members, including training in L'ÉCOLE HQ.
  • Ensure teaching quality and consistency in knowledge transmitted in all educational activities.
  • Work closely with L'ECOLE HQ Pedagogy to plan and integrate new courses in L'ÉCOLE APA curriculum
  • Plan and organize course training and monitor progress for all faculty members.
  • Support exhibition content such as catalog proofreading, supervise audio guide recording, special course and workshop content creation.
  • Recruit, train and supervise a team of part-time exhibition docents.
  • Work together with VCA regional and local team to organize trainings or courses for VCA boutique population.
