Job Summary:

This Customer Success Specialist is to manager Complete Customer Lifecylce Journey in a SaaS business, from landing a customer to use the product, to make him aware of product usage, explore for any expansion possibilities & mainly ensure on-time renewal before contract expiry. This role will be responsible to drive consistent growth in renewal rates with all tools supported by Datech Portal & platform capabilities.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Do High Touch & Low Touch with varied customer segments.
  • Able to speak to End User for product adoption, usage & any issue to sort out.
  • Ensure Renewal Base for particular quarter is intact & next Qtr Base
  • Do customer profiling on renewals before customer / partner calling.
  • Sorting potential renewal base w.r.t partners, seats, products & renewal period
  • Reach to right partner audience..
  • Do follow up on renewal order with partners & reach customer if required.
  • Share it with Sales / Partner Teams
  • Share weekly & monthly forecast on renewal closures.
  • If any issue, get it resolved with Datech Sales Teams, Partner Teams & Vendors.
  • Follow up on conversion & closure of renewal opportunity.
  • Identifying prospective customer contact for new subscription contract
  • Reach to right customer user for the usage.
  • Do understand from customer if deployment is done & if there is any issue (withing in 15 days)
  • If any issue, get it resolved with internal sales team support.
  • Follow up on usage, product training if required & if customer is able to adopt the product in his environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3+ years of inside sales or relevant experience on Customer Success in SaaS Product
  • Ability to do partner & customer calling is mandatory.
  • Customer-oriented with positive attitude
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge.
  • Team player and independent worker
  • IT Savvy
