Maintain a prominent presence and be readily available during service hours to ensure seamless operations and guarantee member satisfaction, with the goal of elevating the overall experience.Foster and nurture robust connections, actively encouraging members to return and meticulously documenting their profiles and preferences.Take an active role in promoting products and services, with a focus on upselling and enhancing sales performance across a diverse range of offerings like tea, beverages, wine, and art pieces.Offer extensive administrative assistance, encompassing procurement tasks, overseeing general operations, and other related responsibilities to ensure streamlined and efficient & experiences required.Bachelor degree holder or above.Minimum 1 year of solid experience in luxury retail brands, hospitality, F&B or member/ private clubs.Command proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
