Our client is a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. They are seeking a highly motivated lawyer with a general commercial background, strong business acumen and excellent drafting skills to join the legal team.
Responsibilities:
• Review and draft various commercial agreements and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analyses across various jurisdictions.
• Handle and oversee litigation where needed.
• Monitor and manage potential legal risks.
• Provide legal advice to stakeholders and engage with external counsel.
• Manage regulatory compliance and related matters.
Requirements:
• LLB or equivalent, preferably from HK or PRC.
• 3+ PQE in a renowned law firm or inhouse legal in a MNC or listed company.
• Relevant working knowledge in corporate and commercial is highly preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including putonghua).
