Work as a Senior IT Engineer in the system team managing data center infrastructure and cloud services for APAC area.Lead in implementing new IT infrastructure and improvement projects.Manage server operations including asset management, provisioning, updates, and decommissioning.Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for end-user system issues with a focus on quick solutions and great customer service.Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and projects.Monitor system performance, fix issues promptly, and ensure user system security.Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and system maintenance.Document updates and procedures for system administration and knowledge sharing.Assist in creating and enforcing IT policies and procedures. skills & experiences required.

With 4+ years of experience in relevant area, experience in Banking / Financial Service background will be a big plus.Hands-on experience in system administration, especially for Windows, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft 365 Cloud.Knowledge and experience in infrastructure technologies, such as virtualization, cloud computing, storage, backup, disaster recovery, security.Familiar with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
