As a key member of our infrastructure planning and design team, you will be responsible for managing data center infrastructure and facilities improvement work, leading teams in project planning, and collaborating across departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data center infrastructure and facilities improvement work
  • Lead teams in project planning, including project schedule, budget, resource management, and contractor management
  • Design accommodation planning, equipment layout design, cable route design, and building facilities provision to support telecom equipment infrastructure
  • Collaborate across departments and functions to ensure successful project delivery
  • Study and implement energy-saving projects
  • Develop process automation to improve work efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Building Services, Facilities Management, Communication Engineering, or related disciplines with 5 years' or above relevant experience in telecommunications or IT industry
  • Hands-on experience in data center design and facilities (chiller, CRAC, DC power plant, genset, FM200, sprinkler system, and building management system)
  • Holder of professional certificate of CDCP is an advantage
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD/BIM/software programming is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in data center design and project management skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well-organized, analytical, can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, good communication, flexible, and adaptable, willing to learn
  • Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Assistant Engineer
