Manager, Corporate Compliance 

Major Job Responsibilities:

The role supports Chief Compliance Officer to ensure the company’s Personal Data Privacy Policy and the relevant control measures are in place to comply with the data privacy requirements of HK, Macau and China, and AXA Group requirements.The role also acts a subject matter expert of other compliance matters, including outsourcing, FATCA/CRS, and compliance reporting to AXA Group.

Manage the corporate compliance team Provide sound and practical advice to the business units and distribution channels in relation to data privacy, outsourcing and FATCA/CRS Communicate / train staff and distributors on the regulatory and ethical standards of data privacy and FATCA/CRS Handle and Investigate complaints related to data privacy Manage the monitoring of the outsourcing activities according to the Insurance Authority’s Guideline and Group Standard Perform compliance testing as the second line of defence, mainly on data privacy and other key risk compliance risk areas Play an advisory role for supporting the digital platform (Emma by AXA) Participate at regulatory project and provide advisory from compliance perspective
Your Profile
University graduate 8-10 years’ experience in compliance of insurance industry Sound knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes and regulatory requirements Strong training and audit skills Has confidence and maturity to communicate and deal with regulators, management, internal customers (operation, distribution channels and marketing, etc.), and AXA Group/Asia Compliance team Good management skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent results Self-starter
