Assist in planning and implementing sales incentives programs, prepare projection reports, progress reports and analysis commentaries for different sales incentives programs to enable better sales monitoring.

We are looking for someone with:  

Degree holder in Mathematics or Computer Studies

At least 5 years of work experience with 2 years in MIS reporting

Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer 

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Good presentation skill and able to work under pressure

Good team player, organized and attentive to details

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel Macro, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing

On the job you will:

Support the strategic planning and implementation of sales incentives programs

Coordinate and manage internal and industry recognition programs and awards

Prepare progress reports for different awards and sales incentives programs, provide sales analysis and comments to management for better sales monitoring

Review the appeal cases for awards and sales incentives programs, and provide proper recommendations for management’s decision

Plan the budget and monitor the expenses are within budget for each individual incentives program

Coordinate ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
