Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects Assign tasks and responsibilities to technicians based on their skills, expertise, and workload Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance Program (PPM) to ensure the regular and systematic maintenance of all equipment and systems within the facility Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and other departments to ensure efficient coordination and execution of tasks Handle escalated technical issues or emergencies in a prompt and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, maintenance schedules, and other related documentationInterested? Required
Proven experience in leading and supervising a technician team, preferably in a similar role Solid technical knowledge and understanding of facility systems, equipment, and maintenance practices Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of delegating tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
