The global market for online wine sales is expected to grow significantly throughout the coming years, and Vivino will be at the forefront of this growth. Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Regional Director, we are looking for a Country Lead who will be responsible for managing key aspects of our sales and promotional activities, ensuring competitive positioning of top-selling products, and driving business growth through targeted campaigns and CRM strategies.
- Ensure top-selling products are consistently available at competitive market prices, contributing to sustained sales performance.
- Oversee and manage all promotional items, developing and executing content strategies to drive customer engagement and maximize sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to support the trading calendar and lead the execution of campaign activities, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
- Plan, implement, and manage all CRM initiatives, focusing on measuring and improving performance to enhance customer relationships and drive business results.

- Experience in an account management/ marketing/ CRM role
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Experience in the use of Braze or similar CRM tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
