Assistant Human Resources Officer(s) 
The appointee(s) will carry a job title of ‘Assistant Human Resources Officer’ (at the rank of General Clerk II).

The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) supporting the administration of personnel services, staff leave and benefits; (b) compiling correspondences and handling enquiries; (c) assisting in daily office operation; and (d) undertaking other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate word-processing skill; (iv) an effective command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (v) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office; and (vi) good communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills.

Subject to good performance, those with degree qualifications and demonstrated good potential can be considered for appointment to Human Resources Officer upon completion of the initial contract.

Whilst two years or more experience in the human resources sector is an advantage, applicants with general administrative experience are also welcome.

Applicants must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year full-time contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and complete a written and IT assignment on-site in due course.
