WHAT YOU’LL DO

To Inspire and drive the growth of our people in retail to enable them to convey the CHANEL difference and in turn, inspire our clients; in ways that constantly raise the bar in the realm of ultimate luxury, you will play a key role in the team:

As a Subject Matter Expertise and a Representative of his / her own field to:design, create concept, content and tools as well as deliver effective learning activities to retail staff in achieving overall business & retail frontline people development objectivescontribute to the in boutique learning implementation according to boutique / cluster strategycommunicate, orchestrate and influence stakeholders locally, regionally and globally to make sure local needs & priorities being addressed while comply with the House standard and direction Execute and cascade down the Learning Strategy and Plan as driven by Retail L & D Lead and Managers Elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of BLENDED learning approach and DIGITAL learners’ experience which ultimately supports retail frontline on deploying The CHANEL DIFFERENCE onto the client journey and a sustainable learning culture Be transversal to work and input collectively across ALL SME Learning Topics Cultivate self-driven learning culture with growth & change mindset to facilitate frontline continuous growth and development Drive & influence retail leaders to own frontline people development as well as learning implementation for strengthening and enhancing client experience

Strong learning and development planning Organizing and prioritization skills Ideation / Initiation with good stakeholder management, and communication skills Influential and Coaching Skills to motivate and inspire others to embrace changes and go beyond Program design and delivery in blended learning approaches with strong ROI in mind to drive sustainable behavior changes Capability to deliver all kinds of Product, Service & Selling, SOFTSKILL Technique. Good facilitation & engagement skills to inspire others Analytical and problem solving, good business acumen Project management in matrix organization Live with and deliver under complexity and ambiguity

YOU BRING

Passion on learning and people Able to bring in positivity through teamwork, self-growth & the change catalyst mindset Appreciation and passion for aesthetics, arts, craftmanship and ultimate luxury Client-centric with a drive for high quality and to constantly exceed expectations Degree is a must, advanced with up-to-date learning & development certificate / professional certification on Fashion / Beauty / Watch / Jewelry 5+ years’ experience in all round learning and development function; and coaching others State-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning experience Knowledge on retail, service industry, watches, jewelry, and fashion. Experience on Learning and development with multinational corporation preferable
