Assistant Rewards Manager

Job Mission:

To ensure a growth experience for everyone during the Future of Asia Transition, the people appointment process is critical in supporting a smooth transition and the establishment of these two distinct regions.
In order to support the offer and mobility workstream and effectively handle the expected high volume of requests regarding market benchmarks, job grading, and contract preparation, we require a 12-month temporary resource to assist with the project.
Responsibilities:
Propose the best match of market benchmark data to ensure the offers are competitive in attracting selected talent and adhere to the regional guideline to retaining high-performing talent. Assist to conduct job evaluation with stakeholders to ensure internal equity and consistency in compensation structures across the organization, as well as maintaining the updated records. Propose comprehensive and competitive offers for local deployment, considering market competitiveness, internal equity, and budgetary considerations. Maintain the central contract warehouse and progress dashboard to keep track on the status of offer with market HRBP and talent acquisition team. Prepare presentation materials for periodic management updates and reviews. Provide support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams regarding offer-related questions. Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of compensation and benefits costs. Manages regular reporting on the related activities in the area of expertise, actively engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure all facts and figures are accurate. Prepare presentation on analysis and recommendation. Perform other project-related tasks as assignedQualifications
University degree in HR related field OR comparable education/work experience At least 4 years of experience in HR and Rewards areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze market data and financial information. Proficiency in using compensation benchmarking tools and software. Basic knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, and compensation practices Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work with confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin-
