You will be responsible for:

  • implementing marketing plans for a variety of assigned projects to illustrate the vision and core values of Hong Kong Palace Museum (“HKPM”) at WKCD;

  • driving branding, visitation and customer experience which keeps HKPM brand relevant, refreshed and alive;

  • managing and developing social media strategy, content and calendar for the Museum’s social account, including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin etc

  • promoting the Museum to local, Mainland China and overseas markets through integrated marketing campaigns, including online, print, outdoor and social media platforms;

  • communicating with stakeholders, curators, partners, editors, agencies and production houses on a daily basis to achieve the set outcomes;

  • identifying the latest marketing trends and competitive practices in order to optimise marketing efforts based on data and insights; and

  • performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.


You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;

  • have at least 5 years of experience in matrix organisation and agency; working experience of integrated marketing, digital marketing and social media in Mainland China is preferably;

  • have professional knowledge of and practical experience with online and offline marketing, including digital marketing, social media, advertising and print;

  • have strong interpersonal skills to relate and communicate to internal and external contacts at all levels and build rapport with team members and stakeholders;

  • be detail-oriented and have good time management skills; and

  • have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
