Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Construction team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Assist in the management of client/projects, ensuring timely and effective communication. Support the team in developing and implementing client strategies and insurance solutions tailored to the construction industry Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the construction sector Prepare and consolidate underwriting information, submissions, quotation slips, placing slips, policy wordings and/or insurance manuals Engage with insurance markets and underwriters to negotiate premium indications and quotations, while fostering and maintaining market relationships. Prepare and present client proposals, reports, and presentations Collaborate with internal teams/offices in Asia to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Manage invoicing and billing process. Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation. Monitor outstanding payments and accounts receivable, coordinate payment collections, and proactively address any issues or discrepancies that arise. Assist in preparation of RfP/Tender/New Business opportunities

What you need to have:

Bachelor degree holder or above Achieved ACII/ANZIIF or equivalent qualification is a plus Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance industry including handling accounts Well versed in general insurance products and/or a basic understanding of construction specific insurances Ability to manage client, underwriter and regional office relationships Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced working environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of English
