What does the role involve?

Provide administrative support on recruitment related task including advertising vacant positions, screening resumes, phone screening, contract preparation Assist in employee onboarding & off-boarding process including but not limited to staff card, on-boarding preparation logistics, staff and training record & filing, conducting new joiner orientation and other HR related admin duties Manage the office’s day-to-day operations including but not limited to managing mail & parcels, document management and phone duties Handle procurement of office equipment, uniform and supplies, repairs and maintenance of office equipment, vendor management Maintain a clean and organized office environment and ensuring that the facilities are in good working order Maintain employee database and ensure all records being updated and accurate Coordinate and support company events and staff activities Proactively identify areas of improvement in existing processes and implement necessary changes to establish good practices Occasionally work on Sat (with compensative leave) to monitor vendor’s work . office maintenance, repair, renovation etc. Assist in office renovation project Handle ad-hoc assignments/ projects when required

What you need is:

Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related discipline At least 2 years of hands-on working experience in administration Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Cantonese is a Must Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Workday and recruiting system is an advantage Organized, detail-minded, customer-oriented, good team player, open for feedback and continuous improvement and with a positive mindset towards change Teamwork mindset but also could work independently. Possess a can-do attitude, self-motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Strong planning and organizational skills, problem solving skills Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop their long term career at Hilti
