We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Manage and lead the team to achieve best level of services, professionalism and operational efficiency as well as high standard of compliance Monitor and supervise the daily operation of the team, provide guidance and support to team members and arrange an open two-way communication within the team Ensure relationship pricing arrangements and payments are maintained and arranged properly Identify the areas where cost or efficiency savings can be achieved and actively challenge bureaucracy Eliminate unnecessary, duplicate control procedures and documentation and standardise others where possible. Reduce and/or automate reports whenever possible Review policy exceptions and exercise a risk based and common-sense approach when exercising judgment and obtain exceptional approval when appropriate Handle and coordinate financial audit (interim & year-end) and system audit Achieve satisfactory audit and resolve all high-risk audit issues as per agreed timeframe Perform representative of the Team to deal with internal and external stakeholders regarding all fee related issues Participate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing relating to software enhancements and upgrades Requirements Degree holder with major in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant discipline Qualified accountants will be an advantage Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese Willing to change and be proactive Good team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills abilities to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
