Assistant Customer Experience Operations Manager

Responsibility
Design and Optimization the user experience and for mCloud platform, provide high quality GUI design timelyEvaluate and balance business needs with user goals, improve the business interactive process.Work closely with RD team, able to conduct risk control and resource management, meet project timeline and ensure the design delivery.Carry out routinely user experience analysis and improvements for the platform to meet internal and customer needs.Work with overseas customers/co-workers during non-office hour if necessary.Coordinate with internal /external parties to enhance the design level if necessary.Participate in the ad-hoc assignment if neededRequirements
Bachelor's degree or aboveHCI, industrial design, information design, computer and other related majorsMinimum 3 years of experience, preferable in relevant industry, Carriers or other ICT service providers;Independent design experience in medium and large-scale projects and successful cases is preferred;Solid design skills, able to explore cutting-edge design trends.Proficient in using office toolkit and design software, e.g. Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe illustrator, Axure and other design software.Basic understanding of various front-end technologies (including HTML / CSS / JavaScript, etc.)Excellent teamwork skills, self-motived and able to work under pressureOpen-minded, ownership, be creative and think out of the box;Curious about cutting-edge user research theories and design tr'ends;Good communication and coordination skills, certain management experience;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin;-
