Who are you?

You are an ambitious business development and sales professionals and:

You have a University Degree 

Successful sales track record

At least 2-3 years’ experience with equity broker, bank or financial services vendor, such as newswires, market data and independent research 

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated, autonomous, team player and impeccable reputation

Entrepreneurial, customer-focused and solution-minded

A strong commitment to providing value-added services to demanding customers

Ability to achieve revenue targets under pressure

Ability to negotiate high level deals and create “out of the box” solutions for clients; delivering new business and generating additional volume and revenue

Good understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures

Able to work within the company group’s requirements

Native Mandarin or Cantonese speaker, good or excellent proficiency in English

Based in mainland China or Hong Kong

What will we do together?

By joining our Greater China Solutions Sales Team, your role will consist of promoting and selling Trading Central solutions to financial institutions in the Greater China region. As a Trading Central Junior Representativeyou will enjoy a high level of autonomy, report directly to the Greater China Team Leader and interact with a Global Sales Team and Client Success Team.

Target clients include:

· Retail stockbrokers, retail banks, futures brokers, leveraged trading venues

· Digital trading platforms, mobile app developers, FinTech providers

· Asset managers, prop traders, hedge funds, portfolio managers

· Sales traders, private banks, wealth managers

 Upon completing Trading Central's training program you will develop, grow and manage your own Sales & Deals Pipeline. 

Main Responsibilities:

Develop, grow and manage your own client portfolio

Key task: cold calling, presentation, negotiation, account management and all stages of the sales process up to implementation of the services following the company’s requirements (Trading Central Solutions Sales Process)

Update all sales activity in the company CRM on timely basis

Monitor clients and prospects
