Job Objective 

·Deliver Strong Financial Performance: Increase the organization's digital revenue (both in absolute $ value and share of total revenue) and drive important KPIs such as NCAs, Channel Fees, and DVC.

·Foster Innovation and Growth: Continuously evaluate and capitalize on emerging technology, customer preferences, regulatory changes, and market trends to develop new initiatives and partnerships that will expand the organization's offerings and drive revenue growth.

·Enhance Customer Experience: Develop and implement a scalable, intelligent service model for SME Banking that delivers a future-proof digital experience. By transforming the existing service model, the organization will be better equipped to meet customer needs and compete effectively in the digital space.

 Responsibilities 

·Supporting the Head of Digital Commercialization on identifying, evaluating and implementing new growth initiatives including but not limited to: corporate cards, strategic partners for alternative lending data sources, industry initiatives including CDI, Open API, intelligent servicing on channels outside of the bank

·Conduct research and gather valuable insights on latest technological, regulatory and market changes, and make recommendations for new digital products and services with projected business benefits

·Understand customer preferences for how they want to interact with us, and develop a seamless and personalized experience regardless of the channel with self-help options to enable them to fulfill their requests quickly and easily ()

·Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, technology, and marketing teams, to ensure successful delivery of digital products and services

·Work with Sales, Segments and Group Digital teams to drive up new RAPID mandates and API usage using data

·Collaborate with Marketing team to improve the effectiveness of digital customer communications including paid, earned, and owned channels to drive digital acquisition and increase customer reach and engagement

Requirements 

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 7+ years relevant experience

·Proven experience in developing and implementing digital commercialization strategies that drive revenue growth.

·Strong project management skills with the ability to initiate and lead strategic projects and run POCs to creatively solve customer/business problems.

·Knowledgeable of market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies in the digital space.

·Experience in digital commercialization, product management, or related roles

·Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital commercialization strategies, preferably in the institutional banking environment

·Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

·Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends in the institutional banking industry

·Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for digital products and services in the institutional banking industry

·Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·Strategic thinker who is also detail and execution oriented

·Candidate with less experience will be considered as AVP
