Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing Technology (MarTech) to lead our DBS Institutional Banking Group's strategic initiatives, innovation, and implementation of marketing technology solutions. As the VP of MarTech, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging MarTech to scale up experimentation, automation, and personalization to enhance our customer life-cycle communication. Additionally, you will explore the potential of Generative AI to drive marketing productivity. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to shape the future of our marketing technology landscape and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

·Project Management: Collaborate closely with regional and local stakeholders (Product, Segments, Tech, Data, etc.) to develop and execute the MarTech vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Collaborate with business owner and data analytics on use case development, data ingestion and system integration.

·Marketing Automation: Oversee day-to-day marketing campaign and communications operations, including scheduling and enabling personalized and targeted campaigns, lead nurturing, and efficient marketing operations across various communication channels (eDM, online banking banners, mobile banking push notifications, public web, etc.).

·Campaign Management – Campaign management incl. content creation and execution to drive cross-sell / up-sell.

·Team Leadership: Manage the MarTech team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Oversee recruitment, mentoring, and professional development of team members.

·Technology Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging MarTech and Generative AI trends, tools, and platforms. Evaluate their potential impact and opportunities for our business and drive the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

·Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with data and analytics teams to leverage customer data, generate actionable insights, and facilitate data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.

·Enhanced Customer Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer journey by seamlessly integrating MarTech solutions to provide exceptional customer experiences.

·Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and partnerships to optimize technology investments and ensure effective service delivery.

·Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks to monitor the impact of MarTech initiatives. Provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

·Proven track record of 8+ years in marketing technology leadership roles, with a deep understanding of MarTech landscape, trends, and best practices.

·Strong experience in selecting, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other MarTech solutions.

·Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team of professionals.

·Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive digital transformation.

·Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills.

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their implications on marketing technology implementations.
