The Role: Creative Designer, Pitch Management
The Location: Hong Kong
The Team/ The Business: Pitch Management is a strategic team focusing on developing the strongest possible client solutions and deploying strategies to produce superior outcomes for our clients and our business.

What you will be working on:
  • Assist Pitch Managers to partner with business lines in the preparation and delivery of high value and strategic pitches, including proposals, presentations, short introduction videos
  • Develop visually compelling presentations, proposals, and other marketing deliverables with strong, cohesive storytelling themes and structures
  • Remain up-to-date on design trends, while designing in a variety of styles
  • Integrate Photography, Video, and new digital technologies into our business development and marketing efforts
  • Inspire others in the business and regularly share ideas with CBREs wider design community across Asia Pacific
  • Achieve excellence in your approach to aesthetics and push the boundaries of what we can achieve using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools
  • Explore and utilise new digital platforms to deliver modern, visual, impactful presentations
  • Work accurately, efficiently and to a high level of quality, despite deadline pressure
  • Liaise with and manage vendors as required
  • Carry out other ad hoc design projects as assigned.

You are someone with:
  • Studies in Graphic Design, Multimedia design or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in marketing and design roles within an MNC environment, or architectural design.
  • Proficient skills in graphic design and video-editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Affect effects), MS PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Experience in architectural sketches, hand sketching, rendering is preferred.
  • Experience of using GIS tools such as ArcGIS or Google Earth/MyMaps is an advantage
  • Good commend of written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. An ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proven experience of turning content into visuals and telling a story through visual design
  • Strong project management skills and able to effectively prioritise workflow and deliver on deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
