We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

Principal Responsibilities

Role Purpose

Provide secretarial/administrative support to the Head of Institutional Sales, ASP and provide administration support to the broader management team where called upon. The role holder will exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy skills and will have sufficient expertise in their area to deputise for their superior and/or actively participate in meetings They may also oversee small projects and have minor decision making authority/autonomy

Key Accountabilities

Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholder engagements and logistics Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents such as business plans Managing external relationships and service providers Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area Requirements

Knowledge & Experience:

The jobholder should be an excellent co-ordinator with good organization capability, a sense of priority and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. In addition, the jobholder is also required to possess logical and pragmatic judgement to ensure every piece of work is handled in the most efficient and effective manner. Advanced level of Excel is needed

In addition, the candidate must demonstrate:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability in dealing with clients at all levels Proven ability to work collectively Effective time management and planning skills PC skills : Proficient in MS Office Language : Fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese
