Overview:We are seeking a Head of Property to provide strategic direction in managing all property leasing, project management, and transport-related matters in line with our company's purpose, vision, culture, and strategy. The successful candidate will lead a team of professional managers and work with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive initiatives in improving the working environment for our people in Hong Kong and other regions.Responsibilities:Project Management: Accountable for long-term strategic property management project planning, financial planning, occupational health & safety, aligned design principles, and direct management of design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Property Strategy: Formulate long-term sustainable property strategy, review property leases, cost management, lease management, and facility management services.Facility Management Services: Manage all premises, financial control, and sustainability measures.Others: Compliance, advisory role, and driving ESG initiatives.Qualifications / Experience:Degree qualification in Architecture, Surveying, or Project Management15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in people managementMembership in professional bodies such as HK Institute of Architects, International Facility Management AssociationStrong interpersonal and communication skills, project management experience, and good knowledge of regulations and legal framework related to propertiesDay-to-day:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leading a team of professional managers, working with senior leaders and stakeholders, and ensuring the effective management of all property leasing, project management, and transport-related matters.If you are a highly experienced professional with a strong background in property and services management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
