The Repulse Bay is seeking a Security & Safety Manager to manage and supervise the Security & Safety team. Key Responsibilities Deputy to the Director of Security and Operational Risk Lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure the safety and security of our property Assist in coordinating security operations, including managing, training, and assessing the performance of the entire security team Supervise, manage, and lead the team to ensure optimal security and safety of life and property Develop security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with property or corporate security and loss control requirements Handle and supervise investigations of all security and safety incidents and accidents, communicating findings and recommendations to the Director of Security & Operational Risk Effectively convey information to the team, co-workers, and other stakeholders to manage the security program Inspect potential hazards within the property related to fire, life, health, safety, and security, and file precautionary reports General Requirements Higher Diploma in Security or Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in hotel operations and/or property management with a valid Security Personnel Permit Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, security systems, incident handling, and investigation techniques Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Security and Safety Manager We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration and will communicate directly with suitably qualified applicants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
