We are currently seeking an experienced Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at AVIATION SECURITY COMPANY LIMITED (AVSECO).

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth operation of airport security procedures by producing all Airport Permits and generating permit production reports daily.

  • The coordinator will be responsible for regular and systematic checks of the ACS database entries, updating and maintaining database archive records, and updating the ACS database of lost / stolen reports.
  • This role also requires assistance in maintaining the database for Breach of Condition cases, recording results, and following up on actions as required.

In addition to these responsibilities, the selected candidate will issue Special Access Control Cards, Control Authority Pass, Buffer Hall Pass, and AP Cards, while providing support to other units when necessary.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.

A minimum of Form 5 education and preferably one year of relevant work experience is required, along with sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, familiarity with computer systems, and good understanding of written / spoken English.
