Listed on the Swiss stock exchange, we continue to innovate and expand our global footprint.About the RoleWe are hiring an Accountant to support the team in preparing financial information to the management and regulatory authorities that include financial accounting and reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit and tax matters. As part of the Finance Team, the successful candidate will report to and work closely with the regional head office finance team and management. This role will support the team in keeping financial records up-to-date and accurate, management reporting and budgeting process, as well as handling queries from internal and external stakeholders:The successful candidate will:Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operationsPrepare, review, and verify invoices & claims for accuracy and completeness before submitting them for approvalHandle month end closing reportsReconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issuesAssist with audits by providing necessary information and supporting documentationEnsure adherence to internal controls, policies, and proceduresRole RequirementDegree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent Professional Accounting Qualifications.1 to 3 years of working experience in related fieldStrong understanding in full set of accounting functionsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
