Assistant Manager, Client Management (FMCG Field Marketing) . As an

Assistant Manager of Client Management in FMCG Field Marketing , you take full accountability of the assigned clients to handle their operational enquiries, initiate and develop business with existing clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities. Apart from client management, you will work closely with the Field Operations team on obtaining insights of marketing happenings, competitors' activities, promotions for our clients.General Responsibilities

Drive for business growth via cost effective business plans and operational solutions to meet client's needsCollaborate with cross functional departments to provide high quality services in accordance with agreed KPIsManage operational enquiries from clients focusing on operational efficiency, service levels, process and quality improvement and business expansion initiatives, etc.Collaborate with cross functional departments on the business integration process for new clients to ensure smooth client integrationInitiate and develop business from existing clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clientsLead meetings and negotiations with existing clients and business partners to pursue business opportunitiesEstablish long-term professional relationships with existing clients, and partners to promote company's servicesFunctional Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplineMinimum 3 years' relevant experience and demonstrate in-depth understanding of field or retail operations and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industryProven capabilities in numeracy and quantitative analysis, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needsProficiency in both written and spoken English & CantoneseExcellent client management, communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Personal Attribute:

Energetic, enjoy communication with other peoplePassionate about engaging people, strong in customer service (proactive to solve client's problems)Good language abilityEnjoy fast pace working environmentEducation

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
