Client Services Assistant Manager/Manager, Asian-Based Family Office Expansion Headcount in the HK Office Sales assistant, operations & regulatory support Friendly working environment Our Client Representing our Asian-based family office and SFC-regulated entity, with offices located in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and SE Asia, to search for a trilingual client services Assistant Manager /Manager Job Duties Assisting Relationship Banker(s) to provide high-quality services to high-net-worth individual clients in Greater China, SE Asia, and Hong Kong Markets Resolving daily enquiries from affluent professional investors Participating in ad hoc regional and local projects Requirements Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant sales support experience acquired from International Private Banks, Global Markets, or Wealth Management Groups Sound investment fund products knowledge Well familiar with operations flow from front to back office Fluently written and spoken English and Mandarin Proven organization skills with strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills With valid HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 or equivalent In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing investment risks across a diverse portfolio of assets. You will work closely with senior management and fund managers to develop risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in ad-hoc global/regional projects to facilitate the new fund launch in the Greater China region. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying needs, and translating them into effective technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify system requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the development process.
