Project Lead to Drive Expansion & Vendor Mgmt

Job Duties Report to CFO and Senior Partners, ensure the smooth operations of daily business activities

Oversight Business Management and IT, Compliance and CSEC vendors

Assume key project lead to drive process improvement, digitalization and expansion initiatives

Accountable for AGM/corporate events/fund raising logistics and budget/expenses control for the Hong Kong North Asia Branch

Provide compliance support related to regulatory reporting and staff dealing

Assist senior management on any ad-hoc projects related to streamlining, regulatory and new business initiatives across the region Requirements Well qualified candidate with 6 years+ relevant/progressive business management experience earned from global financial

institutions, private equity, i-banks or global markets

Proactive team player with proven track record to work with senior management in a multi-cultural environment

Solid experience in driving regional projects related to process improvements, digitalization and regulatory changes

Polished communication skill in written & spoken English

Job Duties

Reporting to Head of Equity Advisory & Dealing & partner with a small professional team

Accountable for global equity trade execution & advisory for external UHNW families & clients by collaborating with experienced private bankers & investment advisors

Provide tailored investment trade ideas in accordance to clients’ risk and regulatory requirements

Leading Treasury / Capital Market Banking Group

Regional Coverage including HK, PRC, SGP and JAP

Multicultural Environment and Job Security

Job Duties

Nostro/cash accounts reconciliation and discrepancy investigation

Responsible for regional trade processing/settlement in a timely manner

Extensively liaison with internal stakeholders across Asia across Front Office, Risk, Trade Control Operations and Finance departments

Regional MTB Office Processing hub

Job Duties

Responsible for regional trade processing/settlement in a timely manner

Check confirmation to ensure smooth trade lifecycle

Initiate investigation on trade operations related issues by liaising with internal stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Trade Control Operations and Finance departments

Market data management including pricing data validation of various global markets financial instruments/products with data vendors

Ensure the data quality from data source providers such as Reuters, Bloomberg prior to circulating to front offices sales traders, risk, operations, accounting and IT departments

Facilitate internal set up for new products, market data collection process improvement, or data distribution and control related initiatives etc#J-18808-Ljbffr
