Vice President, Talent Acquisition (Wealth Management), based in Hong Kong.Primary ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, source, and attract high-quality Relationship Manager candidates from the private banking and wealth management industry, using a range of direct sourcing strategies including market mapping, networking, headhunting, and online searching portals.Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees at all levels.RequirementsA solid 5+ years of experience in private banker recruitment is a must-have. Experience in private banks or executive search firms is highly desirable.Excellent time management and organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve conflicts effectively.Able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and employees at all levels.Fluency in English is a must and Chinese is an advantage.Your application will go through internal screening.
