(This role can mainly base in our HK office, and travel to Shenzhen/Zhongshan plant or other countries by business/project needs)Job Responsibilities:Serve as the technical subject matter expert to support the key HR and people related processes and systems, working closely with other subject matter experts in HR and ITParticipate in corporate and local HRIS projectsProvide support to HR users in solving system set-up and related topicsTroubleshoot system errors and issues as arose and assess options for resolutionSupport execution of special updates and data audits of HR systems when requiredFacilitate a variety of reports and ad hoc queriesAnalyze data flow to, from, and within HR systems to identify, document and implement process improvementsMaintain procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR systemsConduct user training on system functionalitiesMake continuous improvement and recommendations to HR process and data owners for timely and accurate data managementJob Requirements:University Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent2 – 3 years hands-on experience in Human Resources related systems, system analysis and process with such applications as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Kronos, EQMS Master Control or othersExposure to project managementKnowledge of human resources plus skills in analytics, logical thinking and problem-solvingSkills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and reporting services tools such as PowerQuery, SQL server and Power BI an advantageGood communication and networking skillsStrong sense of responsibility and self-initiativeAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAble to communicate effectively in English and PutonghuaSeniority level
