Requirements
HKDSE or above
1-year relevant experience in sales administration (Fresh Graduate also welcome)
Willing to learn, careful and responsible.
Able to work independently and can work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients on the tender process
Coordinate with clients for the monthly reports
Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, set deadlines and responsibilities.
Handle / coordinate high volume of the tenders, quotations, correspondences and tender maintenance with the Hospital Authority, HK Government, University and Clients
Performs secretarial duties and administrative support to teammate and provide ad hoc duties as required
EducationBachelor of Science, Chemistry, Pharma or related disciplines
