This is a great opportunity for early-career digital marketers to gain in-house agency experience.You will be working closely with the team to:End-to-end acquisition campaign management, from planning, execution, and optimization, through platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Search Ad 360, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.Compile daily reports to monitor paid channel performance to ensure campaigns are executed according to the media plan and to analyze the results.Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or other data analysis software to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.Support the day-to-day digital marketing operation.Requirements for Success

Up-to-date knowledge of digital communication best practices, strategies, and industry standards.Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and cope with stress.Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.Self-motivated, highly organized, and flexible with strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a collaborative team, and autonomously as required.A kind person - you know how to have fun.A committed team player - we work as a team, and we leave no one behindAbout You

Strong sense of ownership - you are instrumental to our success and the owner of your own growth2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience or data analysis experience.Degree in Marketing, Communication or a Quantitative-discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics).Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and concepts, including CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio.Strong project management skills, accuracy and detail-minded.Excellent communication skills, and fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.We Offer
