We are currently hiring Partnership Officer (Marketing Officer) to our team. Job Purpose The Partnership Officer is responsible for supporting the development and implementing both ATL and BTL partnership promotion strategies under the Head of Partnership, that maximize audience engagement in its most effective forms, refining a customer journey model as a primary tool for MSF HK Family. Reporting to the Head of Partnership and Senior Partnership Officer, the Partnership Officer will be the content advocate for execution, aiming to acquire and retain MSF's targeted audience segments through various digital content, materials, and tools, while also monitoring public sentiment. Main Duties and Responsibilities Support in the development and refinement of the Partnership Strategy of MSF HK under the supervision of the Head of Partnership. Support in and coordinate both ATL (SEM, display, email & social media, etc.) and BTL partnership activities in Hong Kong to ensure all initiatives are being put in a holistic timeframe to optimize the effect and results. Support the Head of Partnership in preparing a partnership plan that aligns with the overall partnership vision and strategy. Support in planning and manage the development of thematic marketing materials for partnership campaigns in Hong Kong and new markets when required. Partnership Campaign Performance Monitoring and Analysis Define KPIs for end results and deliverables measuring per campaign and channel. Generate regular reports and analysis through web analytics and metrics, track and monitor the performance of online promotion and partnership campaigns. Provide integrated analytical solutions to improve decision-making on various channels such as programmatic display, video, SEM, and social. Case Study and Internal Capacity Building Act as an ambassador, bring in and share latest integrated market knowledge, technology, and trend to the team so as to capture and capitalize on market opportunities. Identify the latest or emerging trend of the digital industry, ensuring new initiatives and channels can be explored and invested on a timely manner. Participate in relevant working groups in the MSF movement for knowledge sharing and acquiring. Transversal Support to MSF HK Family Work closely with other departments for integrated campaigns and executing digital initiatives. Coordinate, collaborate, and provide advice/support to other departments, ensuring online elements can be effectively implemented and integrated into various platforms or campaigns. Signal bottlenecks and opportunities in online/digital activities and propose solutions to project owners. Perform any other duties as may be directed by supervisors and management when necessary. The Ideal Candidate University graduate in related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of solid experience in ATL/BTL marketing. Experience in web analytics and online marketing tools (e.g. SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads Manager) in driving strategic objectives via various digital channels and media. Strong marketing sense and analytical mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of Video/Audio/Image editing is an advantage. Knowledge of HTML and web development tools is an advantage. Fluent in Chinese and English. Good team-player with high flexibility. Good presentation and numeric skills. Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines. Work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
