Our solutions help enterprises maximize the efficiency of the cloud by combining enterprise data with cloud architecture design.Responsibilities:Formulate sales strategies and identify opportunities to drive revenue and net new account growth across new and existing customers to extend CloudMile's footprint on the use of Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence solutions.Work with the pre-sales and customer success manager to define the unique selling proposition and sales direction for breakthrough into new accounts and upsell opportunities for existing customers.Identifying business challenges and adopting a consultative approach to present a technical solution.Develop and execute against account plans, meet and exceed your targets, by adopting the consultative approach in value building and contactable to customers for escalation on the accounts.Managing a sales team to exceed the target and overall account expansion within the Hong Kong region with the right culture and philosophy.Qualification:A bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.Fluent English and Cantonese speaking is a must; Mandarin's ability will be highly appreciated.12+ years of sales experience in Internet, software, Systems Integrators related industries as the account and relationship manager of related industries.Displayed ability to engage with C-suite executives in organisations.Ability to break into green field accounts to expand the business of CloudMile in a new region.History of successful sales with large-scale customers or enterprises.Effective presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with across internal and external organizations, executives, IT Management, and developers and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.A strong self-starter who has an idea on navigating the local IT landscape especially in the public sector or digital native space.Possesses energy and a strong belief in teamwork to build the right company culture.Preferred qualifications:A strong understanding of cloud adoption, data and artificial intelligence is preferred.Track record of managing a sales team with successful results is preferred.Displayed the ability to develop generation demand events to support pipeline growth.Benefits:Public Holiday, Annual Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave & Paternity LeaveMedical Insurance BenefitsMandatory Provident Fund ContributionEducation & Training opportunitySeniority level
