Finance Operations Associate (Weekend Shift)

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes.Responsibilities

Working Hour: 12pm-9pm (Hong Kong Time), including Saturday & Sunday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)Assist in financial data analysis: Analyze financial data, including expense reports, budgets, and financial statements, to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings for management review.Support financial planning and budgeting: Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses. Help identify areas of cost savings and efficiency enhancements.Assist in financial transactions: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and vendor invoices. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.Cross-check transaction record assuring data integrity.Coordinate finance operations with internal and external parties.Handle daily credits and debits of digital assets.Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent (Fresh Graduate welcome).Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work under pressure.The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously.Proficient in Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table).Prior experience in digital assets is a plus.Immediate availability preferred.Life @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
