Integrated finance, MO and operation control Our Client Representing the investment arm of global family office to search for Finance & Operations Associate Manager.
Job Duties Report to the Head of Finance and Operations
Responsible for month end closing, quarterly financial & management reporting to annual audit
Manage daily operations, reconciliation of securities and cash account holdings
Oversight middle office and portfolio control by working with Investment team Requirements Well qualified graduate/Degree in accounting or related disciplined
Big4 trained with relevant finance, operations/middle office experience with asset management/global markets/private equity firms
Understanding of Private Equity/Hedge Funds/trade life cycle
Report to Financial Controller and Senior Managers
Accountable for supporting month end closing and full set of Accounts for various entities in HK & APAC
Facilitate financial audit and tax filing
Review T&E payment/reimbursement by working closely with vendors
APAC Fund Accounting, L/P and Capital call

Job Duties
Responsible for
fund investment accounting which covers funds’ liquidity management, invested capital preparation, understanding transaction structure, investment dividend calculation and estimation, deal exits dividend and carried interest calculation
Support end to end fund operations and funds capital calls/distributions activities
Assist pre/post-investment deal structure/documentation review to ensure compliance with fund agreements & tax regulations by working closely with investment professionals

Report to Regional Head of Finance & partner with a team of professional accountants
Accountable for Head Office Financial & HKMA Regulatory Reporting
Ensure accurate financial disclosure, compliance of accounting standards and HKMA banking ordinance

Accountable for preparing Head Office Financial Reporting
Facilitate the preparation of Management Reporting
As part of the CFO office, entrusted with the following accountabilities to-
Support FPA functions in Asia from budgeting, cost control to maintenance of financial models to facilitate business and corporate planning
Manage and guide finance manager, in-house/outsourced accountant for financial reporting to ensure the compliance with local GAAPs
Oversight internal/external audit to fulfil local statutory/group reporting requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
