Representing the investment arm of a global family office to search for a Finance & Operations Associate Manager.Job Duties
Report to the Head of Finance and OperationsResponsible for month-end closing, quarterly financial & management reporting to annual auditManage daily operations, reconciliation of securities and cash account holdingsOversight of middle office and portfolio control by working with the Investment teamResponsible for fund investment accounting which covers funds' liquidity management, invested capital preparation, understanding transaction structure, investment dividend calculation and estimation, deal exits dividend and carried interest calculationSupport end-to-end fund operations and funds capital calls/distributions activitiesAssist pre/post-investment deal structure/documentation review to ensure compliance with fund agreements & tax regulations by working closely with investment professionalsAccountable for preparing Head Office Financial Reporting and facilitating the preparation of Management ReportingSupport FP&A functions in Asia from budgeting, cost control to maintenance of financial models to facilitate business and corporate planningManage and guide finance manager, in-house/outsourced accountant for financial reporting to ensure compliance with local GAAPsOversight of internal/external audit to fulfill local statutory/group reporting requirementsRequirements
Well-qualified graduate/Degree in accounting or related disciplineBig4 trained with relevant finance, operations/middle office experience with asset management/global markets/private equity firmsUnderstanding of Private Equity/Hedge Funds/trade life cycleReport to Financial Controller and Senior ManagersAccountable for supporting month-end closing and full set of accounts for various entities in HK & APACFacilitate financial audit and tax filingReview T&E payment/reimbursement by working closely with vendorsAPAC Fund Accounting, L/P and Capital callRewarding Career and Competitive BonusAdditional Information
